作者簡介
艾菲德·羅伯茨(EIfed Roberts),香港大學經濟及工商管理學院榮譽副教授,長期從事MBA教學,主講課程有“商務溝通”和“商業道德”。現同時為復旦大學—香港大學IMBA及多倫多大學EMBA學生上課。擁有30餘年在多國的授課經驗,對各國文化差異以及由文化差異造成的不同商務環境有著獨特的見解。
