唐建新[蘇州大學納米科學技術學院教授]

人物經歷

2002年獲浙江大學學士學位;2006年獲香港城市大學博士學位;2005-2006年任日本千葉大學上野實驗室訪問學者;2006-2007年任香港城市大學超金剛石與先進薄膜研究中心高級研究助理;2007-2008年任日本三菱電機株式會社功率元器件製造所功率元器件晶片設計工程師;2008年加入蘇州大學功能納米與軟物質研究院,被聘為教授,博士生導師。現任國家發改委OLED工藝技術國家地方聯合工程實驗室副主任、蘇州大學2011計畫辦公室副主任。

在Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Nano, Sci.Rep., Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊發表SCI論文100餘篇,申請專利10餘項,撰寫英文專著1部(章)。多次在國際會議做邀請報告,擔任多個國際權威期刊和基金會審稿人。主持和參與973計畫、國家科技重大專項、國家自然科學基金、教育部博士點基金、江蘇省自然基金重點項目等國家級/省部級項目多項。獲得國家基金委“優秀青年科學基金”支持,作為首席科學家承擔科技部青年"973計畫"項目,入選江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”中青年科學技術帶頭人、江蘇省“六大人才高峰”高層次人才培養對象。

研究方向

有機光電子材料與器件,包括(1) 半導體界面物理:研究有機/無機和有機異質結界面的電子態結構、電荷注入和輸運過程、界面激子產生和分離機制;(2) 有機發光顯示器件:主要開展白光有機發光二極體在平板顯示及固體照明領域的套用開發,以及瞬態電致發光和載流子複合過程動力學的研究;(3) 有機光伏電池器件:主要從事新型器件結構、光電轉換過程以及結構調控的研究。
