【配料】烏龍麵(2人份裝),洋蔥大半個,香菇4朵,肉片適量,咖喱粉1/2或1大匙(視口味而定),番茄醬1/2大匙,鹽少許,白鬍椒粉少許,高湯50-100毫升

【製作方法】
1、洗淨切片,加鹽、料酒、胡椒粉醃漬入味。
2、香菇和洋蔥洗淨後切絲。
3、肉片醃好後先入鍋煎熟。
4、烏龍麵炒前要先煮一下,放入沸水鍋煮2分鐘就行。
5、炒鍋倒入適量油燒熱,先爆香洋蔥,再放入香菇絲翻炒,把洋蔥絲和香菇絲炒軟。
6、再倒入烏龍麵、肉片,加咖喱粉、番茄醬、鹽、白鬍椒粉炒勻就好即可。
