目標
同心學術聯合會為不同的知識共同體提供一套完整的知識共享方案，包含舉辦國際會議、出版學術期刊與學術專著，並在同心學術聯合會原創的知識共享軟體“學者平台” 上，建立網上討論空間。
透過這套知識共享方案，我們希望全世界的科研人員能不受語言的阻礙，互相交流彼此的學術觀點和知識。
無論您使用英文、中文或西班牙文，我們歡迎您以不同的語言加入同心學術聯合會的知識共同體。
迄今為止，同心學術聯合會旗下擁有77種期刊和逾250部專著中，已出版超過2萬篇學術文章。
同心中國：
為中文學者搭建聯繫世界的橋樑
同心學術聯合會致力於建立中國學者與國際學術社群間的溝通橋樑。我們歡迎中國學者在我們組織的國際會議中，以中文發表學術成果，並與其他國家的學者進行學術研討。除了在同心的中文期刊發表您的作品外，您亦可將文章翻譯後提交並發表至同心的英文期刊系列，讓您的研究與更多學者分享。
國際會議
簡介
同心學術聯合會每年舉辦的24個國際會議。我們與會議舉辦點的地方委員會，以及知識共同體委員合作。每年平均有3千多名參會者參加我們的國際會議。我們舉辦的每一個會議中，平均有四十五個不同國家的參會者。吸引了眾多界內頂尖學者和青年學者。包括：

期刊
同心學術聯合會旗下擁有77種期刊，72%的雜誌被Scopus等重要資料庫收錄，其餘未被收錄期刊也正待審核收錄中。已發表逾2萬篇論文，力求站在時代熱點問題研究的前沿。主要刊登有關教育、技術、藝術、設計、可持續發展、多樣文化的文章。同時，同心也是美國出版商協會和著名文獻搜尋服務機構Crossref成員。
評審標準
同心正在力求改革論文評議方式和標準。一般常用的指標如拒稿率和被引頻次數，容易曲解作品的實際價值。而我們採用的標準參照同行評議法，乃是參照成熟的學科論文評價標準，對投稿文章的學術質量進行評價。
1.公開評議
我們採取公開、開放的同行評議制度，且遵照嚴格的匿名評審方式對來稿的質量進行評議。我們的特色在於邀請曾在同心期刊出版文章的作者以及曾在 同心國際會議發表演說者作為評審團成員，從而讓高質量的評審結果與反饋能夠形成良性循環。被審稿件是根據學科主題與評審者專長領域進行媒合，評審標準均基於清晰界定的學科標準。通過以上幾點，保障評議結果的客觀性與科學性，並能為被錄用的投稿提供專業性和建設性的修改意見。
2. 質量導向
公開評議制度保障了評審結果的客觀性，確保評審過程不受作者所在單位知名度、職稱、國家、學科視角等因素的影響。若評議結果在通過系統化獨立的評議過程後顯示其質量卓越，那么來稿將會被發表在同心期刊上。雖然同心所發表的許多文章來自頂尖的研究機構，但是也有為數不少的優質作品作者來自名氣較小的單位、開發中國家、青年學者群體、跨學科領域，文理學院、以教學為主的大學等。這也是 同心期刊系列常常能夠推陳出新的重要原因。
3. 半開放性
我們認為學術出版中，無論是高成本商業出版模式，抑或是開放獲取出版模式，在沒有專業出版架構的支持下皆有其局限性：大型出版商採取的高額收費模式使得很多學術文獻的可及性不足；而完全的免費開放使用則可行性較低。為了支持學術出版人員，同心尋求發展一套低成本的商業出版模式。我們希望能在完全免費的理想型的開放獲取模式、與大型出版社的高成本卻低效能的出版模式之間，找到一個實際可行的方法，於是我們發展了“混合型半開放獲取”模式。同時，我們確保非期刊訂閱者能透過圖書館所支付的合理訂閱費、或小額的單篇文章下載費取得同心的電子內容。此外，我們所有期刊文章都同時提供印刷版和電子版，一旦新文章就緒時，其內容立刻刊會發布於網路上。
4. 共同參與
我們的雜誌十分注重同行評議制度中的所謂“同行”。進行同行評議的學者皆是在 同心知識共同體的活躍成員。評審者大多曾參與過同心會議、曾投稿於同心期刊或是經過同心團隊篩選過、自願參與同行評審的學者。 同心期刊系列鼓勵知識共同體成員的大量參與，並採取協同合作和根據標準審議流程的出版模式，此特點使得我們的同行評審過程有別於其他階級式、以主編輯為中心的同行審議模式。
