研究方向
從事MEMS、感測器與執行器及積體電路領域研究,包括: 1.MEMS CAD技術:MEMS微結構模擬仿真與最佳化設計,包括力、流體、溫度和電磁場等分析; 2.感測器ASIC接口電路集成技術:通過積體電路晶片設計及加工實現感測器與電路的集成化,包括模擬電路和數模混合電路晶片設計; 3.MEMS多功能感測器技術:包括壓力-溫度、聲-振動和自檢測壓力等感測器; 4.MEMS微驅動和微執行器技術:包括PZT壓電厚膜驅動和微閥、微泵等; 5.MEMS SOC技術研究:包括微流體測控系統和微生化分析系統等; 6.生物晶片技術。
