基本情況
劉懷攀,男,1970年6月出生,中共黨員,現為河南農業大學農學院教授、碩士生導師。學科專業領域為作物學,主要研究方向為作物抗性生理、植物分子生理。教育經歷:
1989.9-1993.7,河南師範大學讀本科;
1996.9-1999.7,蘭州大學攻讀碩士研究生;
2001.9-2004.6,南京農業大學攻讀博士研究生;
2004.11-2006.12,河南農業大學博士後科研流動站。
任職經歷:
2008.12至今,河南省農業廳廳長助理。
學術和社會兼職:
中國植物生理學會河南分會副理事長;《作物學報》審稿專家。
