MLS Experience
2005: Continued his stellar play along the back line despite suffering a severely sprained right knee on May 25 against the Columbus Crew. Returned to the lineup and helped spark the Galaxy to both the MLS Cup and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup titles. In addition, he surpassed the 10,000 minutes played mark.
2004: Enjoyed his best season as a professional in '04 - earning his first All-Star appearance with spectacular play along the right touchline. He recorded his first points of the season with two assists in a 3-1 win against Dallas at the Cotton Bowl. Registered assists in back-to-back games on 5/19 and 5/22 at D.C and San Jose, respectively. Assisted on Carlos Ruiz's first-half stoppage time goal that drew the Galaxy and the Earthquakes level in an eventual 2-1 win on 7/4 at The Home Depot Center.
2003: In his last year as a forward, he played in a career best 27 games, earning the starting nod in 23 of them. He scored three goals and added four assists.
2002: Albright joined the Galaxy after three seasons with D.C. United. Appeared in 14 games - 8 starts - earning one assist on the season despite missing 12 games due to injuries.
2001: Finished the season making 23 appearances, 14 starts while posting a goal and an assist for three points on the year.
2000: Albright scored first three career goals, his first on 5/27.
1999: Allocated to the Miami Fusion as a Project-40 player, Albright was then traded to United with John Maessner for Brian Kamler and future considerations on July 17, 1999. The rookie collected his first MLS point on 9/25 at Los Angeles, assisting on goal by Clint Peay.
International
2005: Appeared in seven games for the USA, (six starts) six of them qualifiers and played 531 minutes as he attempted to solidify his spot in the side for the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
2004: Played 78 minutes in a friendly on January 19 against Denmark which the USA tied 1-1.
2001: Made three appearances for the USA, including one 2002 World Cup qualifying match, entering the game at Honduras on March 28.
2000: Albright was an important member of the U.S. Olympic team. In Australia for the Games, he started in all six of the USA's matches, finding the net twice.
1999: Scored his first full international goal in his debut, 9/8 vs. Jamaica, coming on as a substitute in the 78th minute and netting the equalizer in a 2-2 draw.
