When I read the first paragraph, the word “authoritarian” puzzled me, so I looked it up in the dictionary, I found the word means “favoring or requiring complete obedience to authority”. It is an adjective, I could understand the meaning of this sentence. But I couldn’t understand why the author uses “be no longer willing to”, not uses “be reluctant to”.
At the third paragraph, I found the word “paper” is not the original meaning, it means “official document”, The words “in-box” and “out-box” are nouns, In the sentence “Too little challenge in the work, as in completely automated tasks, generally leads to boredom and lowered satisfaction.” The word “as” is used to introduce an example or further instance of something in order to help explain a particular point or idea. For example “keep shoes on plastic racks piled on top of each other, as in a shop.”
When I read the three paragraphs, I found the author could really understand the workers’ idea. If I am [were] a worker, I think I want to get all the things that the author said, I also want to make work meaningful. If the workers get all the things in the future-focused corporation, we will become happiness, then we will work [add with]much higher efficiency and achievement . It will make a good circulate [circulation].
