基於生物晶片與高通量測序數據,運用相關生物統計學軟體並結合後續的分子生物學實驗,系統化研究與胚胎髮育和幹細胞相關的生物學過程及其分子生物學機理。
Weaimedtosystematicallystudythebiologicalprocessaswellasmolecularbiologymechanismsduringthedevelopmentofembryosorstemcellsbasedontheanalysisofdataofbiochipandnextgenerationsequencing(NGS)byusingassociatedstatisticssoftwareandsubsequentmolecularbiologyexperiments.
