介先生是清華創業投資管理有限公司創始合伙人。介先生加入中國環境基金有豐富的實際經驗的風險投資和投資組合管理人。介先生有超過25年的風險資本的活動，國際融資，和執行管理經驗。
他為飛利浦和後來宏碁的業務建立許多初創公司在矽谷。他在風險資本和投資銀行公司有豐富的經驗，涉足的領域有新材料，計算機，節能， IT產品，網際網路和生物技術。在任期內為風險資本家，介先生還擔任主席和的一些私人控股企業董事會成員。

Mr. Austin Jieh, General Partner : Mr. Jieh joined China Environment Fund in 2007 and contributing a wealth of his venture capital expertise in the investments of start-ups and help the social awareness that an environmentally friendly business can also generate great financial returns. His current areas of investment are renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy storage, battery solutions and new materials. He is also responsible for Tsing Capital’s Knowledge Management development.
Prior to China Environment Fund, Mr. Jieh has many years working experience in the Silicon Valley, China and Asian Pacific countries. Austin was managing director of Interpac Group for over 15 years specializing in venture investment, technology transfer and financial advisory services of cross Pacific activities. He helped entrepreneurs to advance their practical knowledge, innovations, and optimization of business solutions to form ventures which in many instance also solve energy, environment, resource and economical problems. Throughout career ladders, Austin Mr. Jieh worked with Philips, Wickes, and Acer in the management and financial capacities. Austin also founded, managed and in board level participation of many venture start-ups.
He was recognized as Top 100 Chinese Investors by the Eminent Chinese Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Association.
Mr. Jieh holds an MBA degree from Santa Clara University, California.
