When I read the paragraph 18, it just one sentence in this paragraph, and for this sentence, maybe
somebody will puzzled with "everyone", what the "everyone" instand for? In my opinion, this word means
everyone who knows the author, and read the author's poems, also appreciate her poems. Obviously, the
author think her poems can make the audience's life more colorfull, so they are fortunately include the strange in paragraph 17.
But in this paragraph, the author realized that she shouldn't showing off so much, because she said" I eventually--it took me awhile--calmed down", after the showing off, she begin to be calmed down, she UES the "eventually" maybe it's also the author's idea and attitude in this article. We can know it's decide after the author's think over, because the author use "took me awhile" in this sentence. Even this paragraph is so short, but I think this paragraph can let us know what the content in following paragraph.
