“聖誕老人”是童年最真最純的夢，可是，即使等到你遠離童真不再期盼聖誕襪里的驚喜，你也應該相信聖誕精靈的存在。他不只是商家手中蓄著雪白鬍子的紅衣老人，也不僅僅只會在聖誕前夕才從煙囪里冒出來給眾人分發禮物。“聖誕老人”更是博愛、互助的象徵，代表著用真心送遞祝福和分享愛心的願望。
世界各地到處都有聖誕老人的身影，他會使用不同的名字，形象也不盡相同。在美國，它叫SantaClaus，是個圓乎乎胖嘟嘟的快樂小老頭；在德國、奧地利和瑞士，它叫Christkind（耶穌聖嬰），是一個身穿白衣的金髮小姑娘；在英國，它叫FatherChristmas（聖誕之父），比其它聖誕老人更莊嚴，更清瘦……
