HART通信基金會是一個國際非盈利性組織，是HART通信協定——全球智慧型儀表通信標準的技術所有者和標準修訂團隊。
（The HART communication Foundation ,an international,not-for-profit membership organization,is the technology owner and standards setting body for the HART communication protocol ,the gloable standard for smart instrument communication.)
基金會成立於1993年，是HART協定的中心機構。HART協定為全球套用HART提供技術支持並保證技術的公開可用性
（Established in 1993,the foundation is the central authority on the HART protocol providing worldwide support for application of HART technology and ensuring that the technology is openly available for the benefit of the industry .)
基金會管理和控制HART標準，包括為工業新需求開發和增強新技術。基金會讓全球工業客戶了解這一強大通信技術的好處。
