In this national day, I went back to my hometown which was a small village surround by hills in FU Yang. However, I was totally shocked by the change took place in my country.
I really could not believe the sight that I had seen at that moment, a new basketball court had been set up in the centre of the village, as the bamboo shoot sharply grew up after the spring rain. Maybe it is a common architecture to you, but has great significance to the children in the village who lack of toy, to be little exaggerated, this is a amusement arcade for these children. On my way home, I found the road in my village had been rebuilt , it had largely facilitated people’ daily life and enhanced working efficiency.
Likewise, I could not help asking the Factors which contribute to the huge variance in my hometown. The others told me it was the activity affection of the policy new country construct which put forward by our party. The purpose of the policy is to shrink the salary gap between city and village ,and do a good job in enhancing people’ living condition. With the good exert of the policy, to some extent, it has largely boost local economy growth, our hometown will be more rich and beautiful.
While seeing these flourishing transition happened in my life, I am proud of the fast development in my country in decade years. 
With the ever-accelerated breakthrough of the economic globalization, china has be a member of WTO, many new things will flood into our country, it is necessary to enhance people’ personal quality and remove language barrier, so it is just the time for the suggest of the new-country construct policy.
