黃盛豐

黃盛豐

中山大學生命科學學院教授,博士生導師 。從事功能基因組學研究(側重基因組信息學和比較免疫學方向),開發算法工具與數學模型,並以文昌魚和斑馬魚等模式動物為研究對象,分析動物基因組的序列多樣性及其演化模式,探索脊椎動物及其免疫系統的起源,並從中發掘具有潛在套用價值的新穎免疫機制。曾主持國家自然科學基金項目2項和863課題1項,並作為骨幹參與973課題1項 。至今發表SCI論文40篇 。在Cell , Genome Research(2篇) ,Nature Communications ,PNAS ,Human Mutation(2篇) ,Free radical biology & medicine ,Journal of Immunology 和JBC 等期刊上發表第一(含共一)或通訊作者論文16篇 。取得多項國內發明專利,發布多個算法軟體和數學模型 。2008年獲得中國免疫學會青年學者獎,2009年獲得廣東優秀博士論文獎,2012年作為第二完成人獲得國家自然科學獎二等獎 ,2017年獲得國家優秀青年科學基金項目 ,入選2017年度教育部青年長江學者獎勵計畫 。曾在近十個國內或國際會議上作口頭報告 。
