內容簡介
波音新一代737系列在全國眾多開設空中乘務專業的院校中，相關英語教材還是空白。因此，本教材的編寫和出版致力於填補客艙安全服務領域與國際接軌的空白。考慮到乘務專業教學特點，本教材內容與空中乘務員崗位要求緊密結合，主要包括國內航空公司單通道主流機型即波音新一代737系列和空客320系列。
