靳立亞,男,教授,中共黨員,研究生學歷,獲氣象學學士學位、大氣科學碩士學位和自然地理學博士學位。

【個人簡介】

靳立亞,男,教授,中共黨員,研究生學歷,獲氣象學學士學位、大氣科學碩士學位和自然地理學博士學位。曾赴芬蘭赫爾辛基大學、美國國家大氣研究中心(NCAR)、德國波茨坦氣候影響研究所(PIK)、赫姆霍茲中心基爾海洋研究所(GEOMAR)和基爾大學做訪問學者和從事博士後研究。現任職於成都信息工程大學大氣科學學院。
