關朝聰（1959年－1995年），英文名Keith Kwan，已故香港無線電視藝員，中英混血兒，綽號“鬼仔”，香港演藝圈至今唯一一位患愛滋病逝世的藝人。代表作品1988年 《名門》1988年 《大茶園》1989年 《回到唐山》1989年 《還我本色》1990年 《人在邊緣》。

號“鬼仔”，香港演藝圈至今唯一一位患愛滋病逝世的藝人。1984年加入無線電視，多於明珠台與狄寶娜摩亞搭檔主持節目，偶爾在電視劇及電影中客串演出。1991年後，關朝聰因身患愛滋病長期住院接受治療。1995年，關朝聰病逝於加拿大聖保羅醫院，享年35歲。
