材料
牛裡脊 紫皮洋蔥 青椒 紅黃甜椒 蔥姜蒜 胡椒粉 生抽 黃酒 番茄沙司 蚝油 鹽 香油 白糖 水澱粉 生粉 蛋清一個做法

2、洋蔥切粗絲,椒類切塊 ,姜切末,蒜切片;

3、醃製入味的牛肉加生粉,蛋清,油抓勻;

4、淨鍋入稍多些油, 六成熱時淨牛肉滑熟,控油盛出;

5、鍋留底油,加薑末、蒜茸小火煸香,下洋蔥絲中火炒勻;

6、鐵板包上錫紙,放灶上燒熱後關小火 ;

7、5中加入椒類翻炒回軟後加番茄沙司、黃酒、蚝油、白糖、鹽等炒勻,加香油,淋水澱粉拌勻後倒在熱鐵板上即可。
