鄒 祥:工學博士,生物製藥工程方向碩士生導師,2000-2003年獲江南大學發酵工程碩士學位,2006-2009年獲華東理工大學發酵工程博士學位,2011-2012年美國俄亥俄州立大學化學與分子工程系訪問學者,中國化工學會、中國生物工程學會、中國生物化學與分子生物學會會員,主要從事生物製藥與發酵工程方面的研究,主持國家新藥創製重大專項、國家農業科技成果轉化資金、重慶市自然科學基金等項目10餘項,研究成果獲上海科技進步一等獎,在工程領域Biotechnology and Bioengineering、Bioresource Technology、Carbohydrate Polymers等刊物發表論文40餘篇,申請國家發明專利13項,獲得授權4項,主編專著1部,參編國家級規劃教材1部。
