工作經歷： 2007/11至2015，中國科學技術大學，物理學院近代物理系，副教授 2002/09-2007/11，中國科學技術大學，物理學院近代物理系，講師 2004/01-2004/12，2008/11-2009/01，2011/07-2012/07，美國布魯克海文國家實驗室訪問學者，參加STAR實驗物理運行、數據分析和探測器升級工作。研究領域： 主要從事高能實驗物理與新型粒子探測器的研究，包括對CMS電磁量能器新型閃爍晶體PWO的性能研究和測試；新型氣體探測器-多氣隙電阻板室（MRPC）的研究和發展；為美國STAR實驗飛行時間譜儀進行批量MRPC生產並負責TOF刻度；BESIII端蓋TOF的研製和刻度工作；蘭州CSR重離子物理和探測裝置系統預研；eSTAR探測器升級物理模擬和實驗預研等。
