研究方向

1.植物跨膜離子轉運:以擬南芥為模式植物,研究Na+(K+)/H+反向交換體離子轉運的生化特性和調節機理及其在離子平衡,pH調節和植物耐鹽脅迫方面的生物學功能。

2.生物膜融合:以酵母和擬南芥為模式生物,研究膜微囊交通(vesicle trafficking)和生物膜融合(membrane fusion)的分子機理及其在信號轉導和蛋白質分揀過程中的作用。
