個人簡介
2009年獲浙江大學材料科學與工程專業工學博士學位。現在寧波工程學院電子與信息工程學院工作。目前已經在國內外核心刊物及各類學術會議上發表論文近二十篇，其中被SCI、EI檢索十餘篇。主要研究方向為：（1）半導體光電材料與器件；（2）表面等離激元理論及套用。
研究方向
半導體發光器件發光效率的提高和性能的最佳化；半導體光伏器件、光電探測器件光電轉換效率的提高；金屬和半導體納米材料的表面等離激元共振特性的研究及套用。
