盧虹冰

盧虹冰

盧虹冰教授1998年於清華大學電機系獲生物醫學工程專業博士學位,現在第四軍醫大學生物醫學工程系計算機套用教研室工作。擔任多個醫藥類學會委員和理事,並且是一些醫藥類雜誌的論文評閱人。盧虹冰教授享受軍隊優秀專業技術人才崗位津貼,2005年獲軍隊院校“育才獎”銀獎。

基本信息

盧虹冰,教授,博士生導師,1988年、1991年畢業於西安交通大學生物醫學工程專業,分別獲學士及碩士學位,1998年於清華大學電機系獲生物醫學工程專業博士學位,1999-2002年在紐約州立大學石溪分校IRIS實驗室從事博士後研究,現在第四軍醫大學生物醫學工程系計算機套用教研室工作,為IEEE EMBS學會、SPIE、中國生物醫學工程學會等學會會員,擔任教育部醫藥類計算機基礎課程教學指導分委會委員、陝西省圖形圖象學會常務理事、陝西生物醫學工程學會理事、《醫學信息》雜誌編委,IEEE Trans. on Medical Imaging及IEEE Trans. On Nuclear Science等雜誌論文評閱人,享受軍隊優秀專業技術人才崗位津貼,2005年獲軍隊院校“育才獎”銀獎。主要從事醫學圖像圖形處理技術方面的研究,包括胸部及腦部單光子發射斷層成像的定量重建、低劑量CT/ECT成像系統的噪聲抑制、基於錐形束CT的乳腺三維成像及醫學可視化與計算機輔助診斷(CAD)等工作。目前負責國家自然科學基金資助項目二項(No. 30470490及30170278),教育部留學回國人員科研啟動基金一項,軍隊“十一五”面上項目一項,省市科技計畫項目二項,參加美國NIH資助項目(R01 CA82402)一項,曾參與國家自然科學基金資助項目、國防科工委預研基金、軍隊“九五”指令性課題的研究工作,申請美國專利一項。已發表論文五十餘篇(被SCI、EI等收錄20篇以上),主編教材一部,參編專著二部。
