個人經歷
2000年7月畢業於中科院半導體研究所獲博士學位;
2000-2003年荷蘭Eindhoven University of Technology博士後(與Philips Natlab聯合);
2004-2015年中科院上海微系統與信息技術研究所副研究員、研究員、博導。
曾任上海無線通信研究中心(4G)集成測試研發部部長,第六研究室副主任、第三研究室課題組負責人。自2015年12月加入東華大學,現為信息科學與技術學院教授、博導。
研究方向
主要從事寬頻無線網路關鍵技術、異構網路最佳化理論、5G系統無線電頻譜特性、時-頻-空無線信道測試與建模、軟體無線電集成平台、無線定位與感知、移動物聯網智慧型系統與套用等研究。
主要科研成果
B3G系統集成測試平台與ROF分散式網路外場試驗環境:研究提出面向新一代移動通信關鍵技術的試驗網現場試驗總體方案,在國內率先實現FDD/TDD B3G系統集成與試驗網環境,現場測試B3G技術達到100Mbps的寬頻移動傳輸速率,示範演示了IPTV、Internet、VoIP、VOD等寬頻IP移動業務,圓滿完成科技部 863 FuTURE計畫總體現場驗收,成績優秀。被納入《上海市留學人員成果展》、《上海市科技年鑑》。
UVHR城市寬頻移動MIMO信道模型:研究城市複雜電磁環境無線電頻譜特性,提出適合UVHR城市環境高精度MIMO信道模型,採用時-頻-空高維參數估計專利技術實現了高密度MIMO信道測量大數據有效建模。UVHR典型環境定義納入ITU-R技術建議書。

榮譽獲獎情況
參加國家和省部級科研項目20餘項,其中,主持負責完成國家863計畫課題、國家科技重大專項子課題共8項;發表學術論文40餘篇,其中SCI/EI檢索25篇;已授權發明專利13項;出版中英文專著(含譯著)共2項。指導碩士研究生7名、博士研究生3名、博士後2名。
曾榮獲2007年度“上海長寧區三八紅旗手”、2005-2006年度“上海長寧區新長征突擊手標兵”等稱號。
