本試驗儀依據 IEC60695 - 2 - 10 / 11 / 12 / 13、GB5169.10、GB5169.11及 GB4706.1《家用和類似用途電器的安全 第一部分:通用要求》中所規定的有關條款設計製造。
材料燃燒試驗的測試儀器設備,灼熱絲試驗儀根據灼熱絲試驗標準中“灼熱絲試驗測試方法”的要求設計製造,瀚陽儀器浙江辦事處-模擬灼熱元件或過載電阻之類的熱源或點火源在短時間所造成的熱應力,瀚陽儀器浙江辦事處-灼熱絲試驗裝置適用於電工電子產品、家用電器及其材料進行著火危險試驗,也用於無火焰引燃源著火試驗,以測定相關材料的灼熱絲起燃溫度和可燃性、耐燃指數。
在設備內部容易使火焰蔓延的絕緣材料或其他固體可燃材料的零件可能會由於灼熱絲或灼熱元件而起燃。在一定條件下,例如流過導線的故障電流、元件過載以及不良接觸的情況下,某些元件會達到某一溫度而使其附近的零件起燃。
灼熱絲試驗儀將規定材質(Ni80/Cr20)和形狀的電熱絲(Φ4 mm的鎳鉻絲)用大電流加熱至試驗溫度 ( 550 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃ 1min 後,以規定壓力 (1.0N) 垂直灼燙試品 30s ,視試品和鋪墊物是否起燃或持燃時間來測定電工電子設備成品的著火危險性;測定固體絕緣材料及其它固體可燃材料的起燃性、起燃溫度 (GWIT) 、可燃性和可燃性指數 (GWFI) 。
測量灼熱絲的溫度用標稱值徑為0.5mm的鎧裝細絲熱電偶,線材為鎳鉻和鎳鋁(K型)絲,適合在溫度高達960℃條件下連續運行,它們的焊接點位於鎧裝套內,用於測量灼熱絲溫度的熱電偶,其鎧裝套的金屬至少能耐1050℃的溫度。
校準:溫度測量系統的校準溫度為960℃,標準方法是用純度為99.8%、厚 0.06mm、邊長 2mm 的正方形銀箔放在灼熱絲頂部的上表面。當灼熱絲加熱到使銀箔熔化時,溫度為 960℃±15℃。
測試灼熱絲溫度的熱電偶,其鎧裝套的金屬至少能耐1050度的溫度。

The control unit is supplied with all the controls and metering necessary to accurately set the temperature of the glow wire. The wire current is continuously variable by means of the panel-mounted controller and is monitored by the built-in ammeter. A digital temperature indicator is fitted which, in conjunction with the thermocouple supplied, accurately measures the glow wire temperature. The electrical circuit of the control unit is fully protected by fuses and a miniature circuit breaker and incorporates mains on/off switching and push button control of the output current. Self contained cabinet with large viewing window and dark colored interior.
