簡介Introduction
浙江省檢驗檢疫科學技術研究院嘉興分院（原嘉興出入境檢驗檢疫局綜合實驗室）系嘉興出入境檢驗檢疫局下屬事業單位，始建於1989年，2001年通過原CCIBLAC認可，成為浙江檢驗檢疫系統內首家通過ISO/IEC17025認可的實驗室。2003年被國家質檢總局規劃為國家級紡織品檢測重點實驗室和國家質檢總局浙江皮革製品檢測中心實驗室；2006年被授予全國質量監督檢驗檢疫“科技興檢”先進集體的榮譽稱號；2008年成為首批通過國家質檢總局科技司驗收的國家級紡織品檢測重點實驗室。
Zhejiang Academy of Science and Technology for Inspection and Quarantine (Jiaxing), (Comprehensive laboratory of Jiaxing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau), hereinafter refers as ZAIQ-JX, is affiliated institutions of Jiaxing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, which was founded in 1989. In 2001, ZAIQ-JX was approved by the original CCIBLAC, being the first laboratory of Zhejiang ciq system which passed the ISO/IEC17025 standards. In 2006, ZAIQ-JX was awarded the honorary title of advanced unit by AQSIQ. In 2008, it became the State Key testing laboratory of textile and the Zhejiang central testing laboratory of leather products.
浙江省檢驗檢疫科學技術研究院嘉興分院內設綜合業務科、工業消費品實驗室、食品安全與動植物檢驗檢疫實驗室和機械安全實驗室。主要職能是：“負責出入境檢驗檢疫相關領域科學技術研究和標準制修訂；負責出入境食品、動植物產品、化妝品、紡織品、機械電子產品、化工、礦產品和其他工業品等的實驗室檢測；負責風險評估相關工作；為進出口商品生產經營企業、消費者提供技術諮詢、技術開發、技術服務和技術培訓等。”
In ZAIQ-JX there are integrated service department, industrial consumer goods laboratory, food safety and animal and plant inspection and quarantine laboratory and mechanical safety laboratory. Our main functions are to establish and modify inspection and quarantine methods and standards, to undertake the test for food, animal or plant products, cosmetics, textiles, mechanical products etc., to make quarantine risk analyses, to undertake scientific and technologic development and to offer technical guidance.

嘉興分院配備了液質聯用儀、電感耦合電漿質譜、氣質聯用儀、氣相色譜儀、液相色譜儀、原子吸收儀、日曬色牢度儀、精密萬能試驗機、200噸拉力機等高精尖檢測儀器設備，設備總價值超2000萬元，處於國內領先地位。
Sophisticated Instruments and Equipment
ZAIQ-JX is equipped with LC-MS, ICP-MS, GC-MS, GC, HPLC, AAS, UV, Light Fastness test apparatus, Precision universal testing machine, 200 ton tensile machine and other sophisticated instruments. The total instruments and equipment are worth over 20 million yuan, taking the domestic leading position.

嘉興分院擁有紡織品檢測國家級重點實驗室和皮革製品檢測區域中心實驗室兩個重點實驗室。各專業實驗室還按照lSO／lECl7025標準建立了質量保證體系，取得了相應的認可證書，完全具備保護國家進出口經濟安全和為客戶提供優質檢測服務的能力。
Efficient Internal Management
ZAIQ-JX has two key laboratories: State key testing laboratory of textiles and Zhejiang Central testing laboratory of leather products. The laboratories have set up the ISO/IEC17025 standards of the management strictly, which are qualified to guard the economic safety of our country and to provide excellent services to clients.
高水準的檢測業務
嘉興分院目前檢測業務覆蓋紡織品、紡織原料、皮革、皮鞋、羽絨、家具、木製品、電子電氣、電池、玩具、兒童產品、飾品、化妝品、食品、食品接觸材料、水產品、油脂、千斤頂和標準件等各類產品，通過CNAS認可的檢測項目達400多項，可以按照GB/T、FZ/T、SN/T、ISO、EN、BS、DIN、AATCC、ASTM、AOCS、JIS等國內和國際標準開展檢測，力求服務質量、檢測標準與國際水平相一致。
High-level Testing Service
ZAIQ-JX provides testing service of textiles, textile materials, leather, shoes, feather, furniture, woodwork, electrical and electronic products, batteries, toys, children's products, jewelries, cosmetics, food, food contact materials, aquatic products, grease, jack, standard parts and so on. We have more than 400 test items approved by CNAS and the test standards including GB/T, FZ/T, SN/T, ISO, EN, BS, DIN, AATCC, ASTM, AOCS, JIS, etc. We are determined to provide the best service and the test standards of international level to all our customers.
高成果的科研工作
近四年來嘉興分院共制定國家標準15項，檢驗檢疫行業標準12項，浙江省地方標準1項，承擔浙江省科技廳、嘉興市科技局、浙江檢驗檢疫局科研項目共21項；其中獲國家質檢總局“科技興檢”三等獎2項，浙江檢驗檢疫局“科技興檢”二等獎2項、三等獎6項，嘉興市科技進步二等獎1項、三等獎2項，嘉興市自主創新貢獻獎2項。先後公開發表科技論文30多篇，多次應邀前往義大利、美國參加國際會議進行交流。
Plentiful Fruits of Scientific Research
In the past four years, we have set 15 national standards, 12 CIQ industry standards, 1 local standard of Zhejiang Province. We have been in charge of 21 research projects, in which 2 won the third prize of AQSIQ; 2 won the second prize of ZIQ; 6 won the third prize of ZIQ; and some other won prizes of Jiaxing City. We have published more than 30 scientific papers, and been invited to Italy and the United States to attend international meetings.
