作者簡介
任海濤，蘭州大學法學院《西部政法論叢》第二主編。主要研究方向：法制史、法律英語、環境法學。發表《西部環境資源生態法治研究》、《自然資源保護法原理》、《環境資源法若干理論問題研究》(專著)，《中世紀政治與法律》(譯著)，《從醫療事故侵權走向社會保障性救濟》、《魏晉南北朝對唐律的影響》(論文)等論著20餘種。
內容簡介
《法律英語新編:現代中國法概論》主要內容：以前的法律英語教材對英美法的介紹可以說已經面面俱到了，但是學完這些法律英語的讀者會發現他們用英語表達中國法律的能力仍然沒有明顯提高。原因很簡單，中國屬於大陸法系國家，英美法的英語表達與中國法律的英語表達無法對應。但是另一方面，我們在對外交流過程中越來越需要把中國法律用英語表達出來，因此編寫一部用英語表達中國法律的著作日益迫切。
《法律英語新編:現代中國法概論》即是應對上述時勢之需而編寫的。全書共包括導論、公法篇、私法篇、程式法篇和國際法篇五個主要部分，分別對我國的憲法、行政法、刑法、民法、商法、民事訴訟法、刑事訴訟法、行政訴訟法、國際私法、國際經濟法進行了介紹，內容全面，難易適中。通過學習《法律英語新編:現代中國法概論》，讀者可以熟練掌握中國法律的英語表達，對於全面提高英語水平有很大幫助。
