水泥掛板

ECP should be produced of cement, glass fibres and silicon sand with proper mixture propotion, extruded to hollow panel, then cured in humidified oven with high temperature and pressure. The surface of panel should be polished finish, coated with clear paint.
水泥掛板採用適當比例的水泥、玻璃纖維和矽砂混合,擠壓成型為中空板材,經高溫高壓蒸汽養護而成。表面經研磨拋光後噴塗無色清漆。
The specification of ECP should meet with the following requirements:

Unit weight: 70 kg/m2 .

Water content: Maximum 8%
含水率:最大8%
Absorption by weight: Maximum 16%
吸水率:最大 16%。
Rate of change due to water absorption: Maximum 0.07%
吸水後長度變化:最大 0.07%。
Flexural Strength: Minimum of 17.6 MPa in all orientations both wet and dry conditions.
彎強度:最小17.6 MPa,進行各個方向的乾濕狀態下的試驗。
Young’s modulus: 2.5x104 MPa
彈性模量:2.5x104 MPa
Freezing resistance: No significant cracks, expansion, peeling after 300 cycles of freezing and thawing. Mass loss less than 5%.
抗凍性:300次凍融循環後無明顯裂紋、膨脹和剝離現象,質量損失不超過5%
