1. 食品衛生與安全:研究和建立快速免疫檢測技術和分子生物學檢測技術,實現食品微生物安全控制;研究真菌毒素的快速檢測方法,建立快速真菌毒素的檢測體系。 2. 益生菌定向篩選與功能開發研究:研究和建立新型益生菌定向篩選模型,實現調血脂/血糖、降血壓、抗氧化、抗過敏和免疫調節等生理功能益生菌的高效篩選;研究益生菌的吸附和定植技術、功能基因錨定技術、益生性狀整合技術、高密度培養、製備和活性保護技術。 3. 環境中(農田、污水)持久性有機污染物降解工程菌定向篩選與基因工程菌構建研究:以農田持久性有機污染物為對象定向篩選工程細菌,克隆降解關鍵酶基因,並利用同源重組、染色體無標記整合、啟動子調控等方法,研究不含外源標記、生態安全的工程菌。 | |
