柳建設教授，1958年2月出生。環境科學與工程學科教授、博士生導師。研究方向重金屬廢水處理技術，環境生物技術，固體廢物處理與資源化。

柳建設教授，1958年2月出生。環境科學與工程學科教授、博士生導師。主要研究成果有 “在國內外刊物上發表學術論文50餘篇，被SCI、EI收錄28篇次，同行引用150餘次；獲湖南省科技進步一等獎1項，中國高等學校十大科技進展1項，省部級科技進步二等獎3項；授權國家發明專利2項”等。

重金屬廢水處理技術，環境生物技術，固體廢物處理與資源化
