林榮呈,男,博士,研究員,博士生導師。
1996 年獲華中農業大學學士學位, 1999 年獲華中農業大學碩士學位, 2002 年獲中國科學院植物研究所博士學位。 2002 年至 2008 年在美國康奈爾大學 Boyce Thompson 研究所做博士後研究。 2008 年 5 月回國,入選中國科學院 “ 百人計畫 ” 。
研究方向: 光信號調控與光合作用
主要研究內容
光,一方面為植物提供能量,植物通過光合作用將光能轉化為化學能,將無機物變成有機物;另一方面,光是植物的一種重要的環境信號分子,植物能精確感受光的各種參數來調控其生長和發育,這種調控作用貫穿著植物的整個生命周期。本實驗室以模式植物擬南芥、水稻等為研究對象,綜合運用遺傳學,生物化學,分子生物學和生物信息學等研究方法和手段,將著力於研究光信號轉導通路調控植物生長發育的分子與生化機制;以及光信號調控高等植物葉綠體發育的作用機理。
