概述
李新,中國科學院研究員,博士生導師,國科大崗位教授 ,傑出青年基金獲得者 ,中組部萬人計畫中青年科技領軍人才 ,中科院青藏高原地球科學卓越創新中心骨幹人才 ,主要從事陸面數據同化、遙感和GIS在水文水資源和冰凍圈領域的套用研究。在陸面數據同化的基礎研究、高解析度遙感圖像的輻射校正和地形標準化模型、氣候變化情景下的冰凍圈回響模型等方面,提出了創新性的思路,發表學術論文300多篇,其中140餘篇被SCI收錄 。負責建立了“中國冰凍圈信息系統等在國內外有一定影響的信息系統,率先在國內開展陸面數據同化研究,建立中國第一套陸面數據同化系統 ;設計和組織實施了黑河遙感試驗,顯著提升了生態水文觀測能力,在遙感尺度轉換方法上取得突破性進展,為我國定量遙感和生態水文集成研究做出重要貢獻。曾獲甘肅省自然科學一等獎,第七屆“全國青年地理科技獎”,“中國科學院傑出科技成就獎(青藏鐵路工程凍土路基築路技術與示範工程建設研究集體)”,甘肅省科技進步一等獎和二等獎 。
