研究方向

主要從事幹細胞治療,人胚胎幹細胞的分化,組織工程,腫瘤幹細胞及分子影像學的研究,在國際上率先套用胚胎幹細胞來源的內皮細胞用於缺血性心臟病的治療。同時,套用納米脂質體聯合分子影像技術靶向腫瘤幹細胞的研究也得到了較高的評價。包括在Nature Methods, Circulation, J Am Coll Cardiol, Stem Cells, Caner Res,Stroke, Biomaterials等雜誌發表論文40餘篇,其中SCI論文36篇,被引用超過800次。

參與了3部專著的撰寫,申請了2項發明專利。研究工作先後獲得多項獎勵,包括:2007年美國血管生物學學會優秀青年科學家獎、2008年美國心臟病學會優秀青年科學家獎、2009年史丹福大學心血管研究所優秀青年科學家獎、Mitzi and William Blahd, MD 啟動基金第一名等。

經費:¥4,620,000,為研究骨幹,經費來源:科技部。研究課題“多潛能幹細胞特異性誘導分化及其表觀遺傳學調控在治療糖尿病中的套用基礎研究”,子課題“在體胰島組織和腎上皮組織幹細胞歸巢、複製、分化的示蹤新技術與新方法”。研究內容: 建立 MSC和ESC在小動物的分子影像監測技術,利用分子影像技術,評價 MSC和ESC在糖尿病和腎功能衰竭中的作用; 建立大動物模型,引進 PET,MRI等分子影像技術,監測其在大動物體內功能的改變。
