研究領域
微納製造,涉及微細電加工工藝與裝備、微流控器件、超精密切削加工及其套用。
研究概況
(1 )微細電加工工藝與裝備在微細電火花加工技術研究上,開發出精密微細電極及高深寬比微細孔的新工藝、基於放電間隙伺服控制實時補償電極損耗的三維微細電火花伺服掃描加工方法,開發出發動機噴油嘴微細噴孔電火花加工專用工具機並實現產業化。在微細電解加工技術研究中,提出多種微細工具電極製備及其側壁絕緣方法,研發出三電極高頻窄脈衝電解加工電源,深入探索涉及加工材料和電解液的加工機理,有望實現約束電場、改善流場、綜合提高加工定域性的微細電解加工工藝和裝備。
(2 )微流體控制器件以微小型泵閥、推進器的研究為起始,提出一種柔性MEMS蒙皮的設計和製作方案,開展了以流體控制為目標的微氣泡產生與駐留控制、功能結構設計和蒙皮製作工藝的基礎研究。正在開展微流控生物晶片、工業用噴墨列印頭的設計製造套用研究。
(3)超精密切削加工及其套用主要進行單點金剛石刀具超精密切削加工系統控制、加工鐵基材料時的金剛石刀具減磨機理和方法、光學非球曲面菲涅爾透鏡模具的超精密切削加工工藝及其在聚光太陽能發電系統方面的技術套用研究。

獲省部級科技獎一等獎2項、二等獎2項:
2015年度中國機械工業科學技術獎一等獎“高端柴油發動機噴油嘴倒錐形微噴孔電火花加工關鍵技術及裝備” (第一完成人);
