內容提要
全書共分4冊，每冊16個單元、2個小測驗和1個相關等級的測試；小測驗分別安排在第8和16單元後，目的是對前8個單元功能意念、微技能、一般聽力技能等進行綜合檢測；測試安排在最後，供學生檢測自己的聽力是否達到大綱要求的相關級別的水平。該教材適合普通本科生、網路學院本科生以及具有相當水平的其他英語學習愛好者；既可用於自學，也可作課堂聽力教材或課外聽力輔助材料。
