張旭[北京師範大學核科學與技術學院教授]

張旭,男,1966年2月出生於遼寧省瀋陽市,北京師範大學核科學與技術學院教授,博士生導師。1999年7月於北京科技大學材料科學與工程學院獲得工學博士學位,多年來一直從事硬質薄膜材料和離子束材料表面改性的研究工作,任國內外學術刊物《Nanotechnology》,《Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics》,《Chinese Physics Letters》的審稿人。
