研究領域和興趣:
稀土金屬有機簇合物的設計、合成及反應性研究;金屬催化或促進的有機合成化學及通過從反應體系中分離、表征活性中間體對反應機理進行研究。在研究過程中,我們力求把導向有機合成的金屬有機化學(OMCOS)和經典的金屬有機化學(OM)結合起來,不僅注重新反應的發現和發展,更注重於通過對反應機理的理解和認識,有目的地發現新反應。
