主要成就
在著名的國際雜誌上發表過專業論文43篇，獲得國際發明專利9項。在美國輝瑞製藥工作期間，張博士主持成功開發了包括西樂葆膠囊（Celebrex）在內的十幾種新藥，獲得過前美國總統喬治•布希的特別嘉獎。是中國科技部火炬高技術產業開發中心特聘專家，曾經作為在美華人傑出代表受到時任國家主席江澤民同志的接見，由中央領導蔡奇從美國引進回國創業。

致力於研究和開發最新型的生物製劑技術，使注射劑變為更易接納更有效的皮膚塗抹劑，特別是對蛋白質大分子生物活性藥物的塗抹劑人體給藥途經，能廣泛用於高端化妝品/中藥現代化/高端營養品/運動體育藥品等領域。社會活動

留美博士張伯科辭去了美國的高薪工作，來到濱海新城科創園創業，從事的是納米高效塗抹透皮技術的開發。張伯科研發出這種新生物技術已多年，還取得了國際專利，回國創業就是要將科研成果產業化。公司已研發出數十款藥妝產品，不少產品已投放市場。
