2. 煮一小碗米飯,水稍微多放一點,使其較黏稠,放涼,加入一少壽司醋

3. 我的壽司醋是自己做的,用醋、糖、鹽調製,比例為10:5:1,調好的壽司醋上鍋蒸熱,不用蒸太久。

5. 海苔平放竹片中間

6. 用勺子將米飯均勻鋪在海苔上,輕輕壓平
