Andreas Spillner，德國測試委員會成員，曾經擔任德國信息協會軟體測試、分析與認證特別興趣組主席多年。他是德國不萊梅套用科技大學電子工程與計算機科學系教授，主要從事軟體、質量保證、測試和面向對象系統開發的工作。
