2007年畢業於南開大學物理學院取得理學博士學位;
畢業後至今工作於南開信息學院;
2007年任講師;
2009年任副教授,研究方向為光伏薄膜材料與能源材料物理及器件的研究。
主要從事
目前主要從事CIGS薄膜材料及光伏器件研究。在銅銦鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜反應機制、元素損失機制、及器件最佳化等研究方面取得一定研究成果(見文章列表);並分別在低溫沉積及柔性襯底上生長CIGS薄膜的反應動力及器件最佳化上展開研究,取得國家自然基金及教育部相關項目。(見下表)
