教學情況
從教以來先後講授《熱學》、《大學物理》、《科技英語》、《熱力學·統計物理》和《量子統計物理學》等本科生、研究生課程。指導本科生課程設計、畢業論文與設計12名。
研究方向
(1)半導體和鐵電體納米結構的電子學和光電子學研究;
(2)分子器件中的電子輸運機理。
學術情況
自2003年以來, 先後主持中國博士後科學基金1項, 主持湖南省教育廳青年科學基金1項。在國際及國內專業學術刊物上,如Phys.Rev.B,The European Physical Journal B, Journal of Applied Physics等國內外核心刊物上發表研究SCI檢索論文8篇。
