研究了膠原蛋白及梯級肽的製備技術與理化特性,並利用細胞模型與光老化模型評價體內外活性抄,並積極參與了產業化轉化。通過採用生物技術自、生物感測器、數學模型互、人工神經網路等實現了免疫活性肽的準確預測、動態監測動、可控制備,並且利用膜分離技術、樹脂吸附技術等對免疫活性肽精製。 參與的課題主要有:863項目“計算機輔助控制魚皮膠原活性肽定向製備技術”;國家自然基金“狹鱈魚皮膠原蛋白分子結構與物理特性及其耦合性研究”等。
