中外合資溫州伊斯利鞋業有限公司成立於1993年， 註冊資本美元陸佰肆拾萬元，實收資本美元叄佰陸拾捌萬元，經過十多年的發展，現已形成一定的規模，廠房建築面積15000平方米，員工1100人，引進國外先進設備，具有一整套科學的管理方法，公司日產各種鞋類產品2萬多雙，主要產品為注塑鞋、運動鞋、雪地靴等，所生產的“彩美”牌注塑鞋曾獲首屆中國優質商品博覽會金獎。二OO五年銷售收入9285萬元，產品全部出口。今年，截止10月份已上繳國稅增值稅344萬元，位於同期甌海國稅排行榜皮鞋行業第2位。
