Shanghai Black Belt Taekwondo Academy has two training centers in Shanghai. The first one was established in 1999, located in East 3F, 1632, Pu Dong Avenue. The second one was established one year later in Pu Xi, 4F, 1669, Kai Xuan Rd., Xu hui District. 在經歷10餘年的發展里程後，本館形成了全國跆拳道館界知名的跆拳道小班、私教教學體系，這些研究成果、教學經驗，同樣運用到大班集體授課中。During more than 10 years of development, we have formed a series of chinese-renowned Taekwondo private course teaching system. And these research and teaching experience are also applied to the instruction of group course.
我們發現，跆拳道修煉者根據年齡的差異，需要有對應的教學內容，因此編寫出版了《少兒跆拳道》、《少年跆拳道》、《武道跆拳道》三本書，分別針對4—12歲、13—18歲、19—47歲年齡段的學員，並將訓練延伸到生活中，告訴在家裡、學校、辦公室如何堅持進行跆拳道鍛鍊的具體方法，這樣道館回去後也能夠繼續進步。
根據用途的不同，又編寫出版了《格鬥技》、《從白帶到黑帶》，以滿足需要防身的學員、需要參加晉級考試獲得色帶與證書的學員。
在不少學員達到中高級後，又發現他們對於中國傳統武術、中國散打產生興趣，就編寫出版了《極拳道》，採取道館式教學模式，成功地將中國武術與跆拳道教學融合起來，目前在私人教練課程中採用。
接著，又發現許多技擊愛好者、企業家、高收入階層學員，需要將傳統武術與現代搏擊結合起來鍛鍊，於是設法出版了《內勁與拳擊》、《內勁與散打》。這個道館式教學理論體系的形成歷時10年，伴隨著我館逐步走向成熟。
We found that, based on different age group of Taekwondo practitioners, the need for a corresponding teaching method is extremely urgent. So the publication of "Children's Taekwondo", "Junior Taekwondo", "Budo Taekwondo", which respectively aimed at 4-12year-old ,13-18-year-old ,19-47-year-old age group of trainees made up the blank. And it guided the fashion of extending Taekwondo to life. Trainees are told in details how to adhere to Taekwondo training at home, schools, offices. So that once or twice of training per week at the academy, they can continue to progress after returning.
Later on, the publication of the "Taekwondo Self Defense Technique", "From White Belt to Black Belt" meet the needs of trainees who want to grasp self-defense technique or focus on higher promotion tests, certificates and belts.
When most trainees achieve high-level, they discover that they have dense interest in Chinese traditional martial arts, Chinese Sanda. That calls for the publication of the "What’s next in the Chinese traditional martial arts". Through adopting the successful teaching model, we integrate Chinese martial arts with Taekwondo. And it is currently used in private courses.
More and more art of attack interests, entrepreneurs, high-income students need to combine traditional martial arts fighting with modern exercise, so the successful publication of "Nei Jin and boxing", "Nei Jin and Sanda" makes their dream come true.
The above listed publications form our theoretical teaching system in 10 years, along with the gradual maturity of our academy.

筆墨千古不變，形式當隨時代。我們創造的跳高桿理論，始終在伴隨著學員們逾越障礙的高度與能力，在不斷調整到最能夠激勵大家奮發上進的難度。因為，它是一項挑戰性的、需要適度冒險的、卻不以犧牲自己的健康為代價的新任務，超越自我、完善自我、追求美好生活。

We have created the “high jump pole theory”. The ability to constantly adjust to the highest motivation will inspire everyone. It always accompanies the practitioners to overcome the height of obstacles. Because it is a new task, needs challenging, require a moderate risk, but not at the expense of their own health.
