Tokio Hotel 在2005年8月15日出道。
樂隊到目前為止已經存在9年左右了（13~21）。之前 樂隊的名字叫做DEVILISH.作為DEVILISH發行的第一張專輯成績平平。之後簽約環球公司,更名為TOKIO HOTEL.05年9月19日作為TOKIO HOTEL發行了第一張專集(尖叫)，整張專輯主唱BILL的音色還是極具爆發力的童聲,給人耳目一新之感.拿下無數音樂大獎。在歐洲開始受到關注.
07年發行的《zimmer 483》及08年發行的英文專輯《scream》(《room 484》）,徹底打開歐洲市場,Durch den Monson的英文版Monsoon一如其名,如季風一般席捲整個歐洲,而演繹MONSOON的不再是童音,是變聲期結束後BILL獨特的性感音色.TH,真真正正成為了在歐洲美洲也家喻戶曉的德國樂隊。
