主要致力於電子材料腐蝕與防護、電化學分析方法、電解與微電子電鍍等領域的研究。
印製電路原理與工藝
主要致力於 高密度互連(HDI)印製電路技術與工藝和特種印製電路關鍵技術及印製電子研究等
電子化學品
印製電路系列電子化學品研究、開發如高厚徑比孔金屬化、盲孔填充鍍銅,VCP連續電鍍、高速鍍銅、水平電鍍銅研究開發等。
研究條件
建有電子科技大學印製電子研發中心、電子科技大學—LPKF印製電路工藝聯合實驗室,擁有全國第一條集教學、科研於一體的印製電路生產工藝線,包括數字雕刻機、DES製造線、層壓機、磨板機、電鍍銅線、照相底版製作系統、磨拋機、金相顯微鏡等。擁有數字源表、LCR電橋、導熱分析儀、拉力測試機、FT-IR分析儀、CHI及AUTOLAB電化學工作站以及學校共用的SEM、XRD等大型測試設備等。
學術兼職
廣東省科技特派員(2013B0010), 廣東 省“珠江人才計畫”創新創業團隊核心成員,是專業期刊Corrosion Science、Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research和European Journal of Chemistry等多個國際期刊審稿人
