發展現狀
阿拉帕霍語現在是一種瀕危語言，在懷俄明州，只有250和1000將其作為日常交流用語，其中大部分是老年人。現在阿拉帕霍人正在積極在本族青少年內推行阿拉帕霍語復興活動。
阿拉帕霍人分布
阿拉帕霍人分兩大部族，北方部族和南方部族，北方部族生活在懷俄明州境內；南部部族生活在奧克拉荷馬州境內，他們稱自己為hinono' eiteen（ 記“我們的人”）。
