適用於安裝在垂直分隔構件開口處的門和捲簾總成的耐火試驗;如鉸鏈門、樞軸門、水平滑動門、垂直滑動門、(包括連結滑動門和分段門)、捲簾門、其他滑動、摺疊門、翻板門、可在牆中移動的板等等的耐火性能試驗。

3、主要性能參數:Themainperformanceparameters:
1、儀器由耐火試驗爐、氣體流量測量系統、溫度測量系統和壓力測量及控制系統組成;
2、爐體結構採用鋼結構框架,在鋼結構框架中間用耐火磚砌成爐壁,爐壁內側採用耐高溫的隔熱材料,密度大於1000kg/M3。爐內溫度測試溫度高達1450℃;
3、溫度測量系統分爐內熱電偶、背火面熱電偶、移動熱電偶、環境熱電偶;
4、爐內壓力測量為T形測量探頭,測量精度±2pa;
5、燃燒噴燈在兩側爐壁內嵌,提供爐膛內升溫所需的熱量;
6、觀火孔:在爐體後側壁設有觀火孔,用來觀察試驗時試件受火面和火焰的情況;
7、電氣控制部分:採用嵌入式一體化工控機的MCGS組態軟體和PLC程式,包括:主控界面,爐溫曲線界面,試件溫度界面,歷史記錄界面和參數確定界面;
8、爐內溫度和壓力控制通過計算機的RS485連線到控制系統實現,燃燒測試的感測器如熱電偶和壓力感測器的直流輸出電壓轉化為數字形式,然後可以傳遞到計算機系統顯示和存儲;
9、採用高精度多位採集卡,收集各路的溫度、壓力、流量等多方面的數據,經微機分析、處理和控制產生實時再現的燃燒時的真實信息,並經微機分析判定其的燃燒特性;
